We thought it was time to touch base with you and give you an update on what has been happening here and what we have planned going forward.
We are very pleased with the response to the release of The Summit, of the 46 sections available in this exclusive neighborhood 15 are now under contract, the level of inquiry is continuing to increase as a result of the ongoing marketing campaign. Plans are well underway for the release of 2 further neighborhoods, the first of these being Creekside which is a house and land package, these are 3-bedroom 3.5-bathroom standalone homes, the first eight of these contemporary designed homes are now available.
A total of 18 homes will make up Creekside when completed. Access to Creekside is via Potters Hill, this will allow construction to get underway earl
y 2023 with the first of these properties being available the end of 2023. Next neighborhood to be made available will be Sycamore Grove, centrally located this area is made up of 450m2 size sections each with fantastic views of the Remarkables Mountain Range. It is anticipated that the release of these sections will be late 2022. Prices are yet to be determined however they will be inline with the current market levels.
Work continues in a number of areas; construction of the temporary showroom is well underway with the guys from Moore Living working long hours to meet a tight deadline. This facility will give potential purchasers a very good understanding of the high quality of workmanship that Silver Creek will become known for. Foundations have been laid for the stone walls at the main entrance, using local stone from on site the stonemasons have been tasked with providing an entrance that is in keeping with the surrounding topography.
Silver Creek is also proud to be the title sponsors for the Peak to Peak multisport race, this race is held annually and as the title says is a race from the top of The Remarkables Ski Area to Coronet Peak Ski Area. This years race will be held in early September and Silver Creek will be well represented, we have a team made up by the guys from construction as well as Josh who will be doing it as an individual, we wish them all the best.
